Indian Chicken Tikka Masala

  2. Add the Arborio rice, stirring to coat with butter.
  3. Add the white wine and heat it until it evaporates.
  4. Add one ladle of warm broth and the saffron threads. Stir until the liquid is absorbed. Continue adding broth one ladle at a time, allowing each ladle to be absorbed before adding the next.
  5. Cook until the rice is al dente and creamy, about 18-20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and stir in Parmesan cheese.Serve immediately.

3. Mexican Beef Tacos
