Buckden Pike

One of my favourite walks is from Starbotton, up the Walden Road to Buckden Pike, then descending via Cray and Hubberholme to return along the Dales Way.
This day (14th January 2001) gave some of the best conditions I've ever known in the Dales, clear visibility to the Lakes, and a cloud inversion to boot!
